Join us to create a unique logo for our new foundation!

Contest Rules and Information

Contest Overview

  • Contest Opens: November 1, 2025

  • Submission Deadline: December 7, 2025, by 11:59 p.m.

  • Winner Announced: December 11, 2025, during the opening performance of A Charlie Brown Christmas, presented by the Heather McGaughey Youth Theatre.

  • Eligibility: Open to all individuals. No age or residency restrictions.
    Cost: Free to enter. No purchase or payment required.

Submission Requirements

  • Each participant may submit up to two designs.

  • Designs should be submitted by email to info@juniperpaf.com.

  • Include both:

    • A high-quality .png file, and

    • A workable vector or design file (.ai, .eps, or .pdf).

  • File naming convention: Lastname_Firstname_JPAFLogo.

  • In your email, include your full name, phone number, and a brief statement (no more than 150 words) about your design concept and how it represents the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation.

Selection Process

  • The winning design will be selected by the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation Board of Directors.

  • Selection criteria will include creativity, relevance to the foundation’s mission, visual impact, and adaptability across print and digital platforms.

  • Selected submissions may be displayed on the Juniper PAF website and social media channels prior to the final announcement.

Winner Recognition

  • The winning logo will become the official visual mark of the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation.

  • The artist will be publicly recognized during the December 13 performance and featured in press materials and on the foundation’s website.

  • The winner will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card!

By submitting a logo design, entrants agree to the following:

  • Originality
    Each submission must be the entrant’s own original work and must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party. Entries found to contain unlicensed or plagiarized elements will be disqualified.

  • Ownership and Rights

    • By submitting an entry, the participant grants the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation (JPAF) an irrevocable, perpetual, and exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the design in any format or medium, now or in the future.

    • The winning design becomes the sole property of JPAF. The creator of the selected logo forfeits all ownership and usage rights.

    • JPAF reserves the right to make minor modifications to the winning design for usability, branding consistency, or production purposes.

  • Use and Attribution

    • The winner will be credited publicly for their contribution but acknowledges that the logo itself will be used solely at the discretion of JPAF without further approval or compensation.

    • JPAF may use the logo and entrant’s name for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes related to the contest.

  • Submission Agreement
    Each entry email must include the following statement:
    “I certify that this logo design is my original work and that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation Logo Contest. I grant the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation full rights as outlined in the contest guidelines.”

  • Disqualification and Limitations

    • JPAF reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet submission requirements or that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the foundation’s values.

    • JPAF assumes no responsibility for technical issues, late submissions, or lost files.

  • Announcement and Display

    • Selected entries may be displayed publicly online and in promotional materials.

    • The final winning logo will be revealed during the A Charlie Brown Christmas closing performance on December 13, 2025, and posted on juniperpaf.com.

  • General Release
    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Juniper Performing Arts Foundation, its directors, and affiliates from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the selected logo.
